Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your NockOut account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Choose whichever option is easier for you.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app

1. Open the NockOut app.
2. Go to the More tab.
3. Open the Settings section.
4. Tap “Delete Account”.
5. Re-authenticate if prompted, then confirm to complete the deletion.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't open the app, email us from the email address on your account at info@nockout.co and ask us to delete your account.

We respond within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. We may ask you to confirm a few details so we can verify you own the account before we delete it.

What gets deleted, and what we keep

Data that is deleted

On confirmation, the following is removed from our live systems immediately and purged from encrypted backups within 90 days:

• Your profile — name, email, phone number, and photo
• Your activities
• Your groups
• Your messages
• Your search history
• Your contacts
• Your location data
• Device identifiers

Data we may retain

We retain only records we are legally required to keep — for example, fraud or abuse prevention records and tax records, if any. We keep these only for as long as the law requires, and then we delete them.
