Facility is pretty clean. Pool, locker room, etc. Swim class instructors for our kid are really nice and puts in the effort to get them comfortable in getting into the water.
My main complaint are the ones working front desk. The ones we've dealt with are not very attentive, efficient, or helpful. Waiting to be helped, one was talking to their friend for a good 15mins and eating lunch. Only when the friend left is when we were given any attention.
Other time we waited patiently to be helped as the lady was on the phone. Wasn't very clear with answers to our questions, and was helping others coming in after us while putting us on pause.

It shouldnt be allowed to have organized meet ups like swim teams, it very often hogs 2/3 of the pool. If everyone came at their own leisure it would be spread out over the day/week allowing random folks to enjoy the pool. I went 4 times and 3 of those visits I had to go straight home.

Great place to bring your kids for any swimming activities. The only thing I don't like is that you have to go through to the showers to come in-and-out of the pool. Other than that the teachers are super nice and knowledgeable And you can tell they care And are passionate about teaching.

Very Clean, Very well staffed. Nice spot for family to go and relax in the heat. Strict on rules but necessary to keep everyone safe. Would return again

Between 5am and 7am is for 50m laps - 4 lanes are for the swimming team and 2 lanes for public. Each time I’ve been there were no more than 3 people in the public section. At 7am sharp the lines are moved to 25yard widths. Yes they go from metric to imperial at 7am. Widths are fine but for long swim sessions I prefer lengths.
